Annual Report 2004
On 23 March 2005, the National Ombudsman, Professor R. Fernhout, presented his 2004 Annual Report to the President of the House of Representatives of the States General. This summary contains a number of main points from that Report. The emphasis is on statistical information: for a more substantive discussion of the various topics, the reader is referred to the Annual Report itself, published as House of Representatives Document, 28 825, nos. 1-2. The full text of the Report (in Dutch) can also be found on the Internet. The structure of this summary reflects that of the Annual Report.
